I once had a friend who told me that when things got too much, she would occasionally rush upstairs and stick her head in the airing cupboard and scream. She said she felt better afterwards, so I tried it, and it did me good. Good thing is, a good scream lets out built frustration, as long as we don't make it worse by screaming at an undererving to person - which can happen when we hold all the emotions back for too long. Better to get rid of the cause - where possible, but in the mean time - go for it - scream, and I might join you, depending on the size of your airing cupboard.
Nice to see you writing again. Keep writing it out. Great poem!
