THE STORY OF ME AND MY LIFE ENTRY SIXTEEN

30TH MARCH, 1999,

Hello, Abi

Today, it has been a funny day. Mum, Hannah and I went to the beach. It was such a sunny day that Mum decided we should go. Last night, Hannah was moaning because she does the same thing day in, day out, and she wanted to do something different. Mum had laughed and said we'll go out somewhere tomorrow. We woke up, and there was a blazing, hot sun in the sky, so Mum said that we'll go to the beach.
Hannah decided she wanted to build a sandcastle and took her bucket and spade with her. But when we got there, there easn't that much sand. Of course, Hannah sulked until Mum suggested she go for a splash in the sea. Mum and I were just sitting on the bach, enjoying ourselves, when suddenly Hannah screamed and ran towards us.
"Something's got me!" She'd screamed. "It's trying to eat me!"
Mum and I looked at her and hen burst out laughing. A bit of seaweed had got entangled around Hannah's leg, and she thought it was a shark.
It took us forever to get the seaweed off because Hannah kept squaling that it was tickling her, but eventually we got it off.
Well, Abi, that's the only exciting thing that happened to us all day. Goodbyeeee!!!
