Our Duty

We fight for are freedom
Trying our best
Giving our lives for the weak
While they rest and have fun

Living through pain
Anger
Grief
Loneliness

Terrible things occur
Through man and nature
But still we fight
To protect those in need

We don't care about ourselves
Only others
Who don't know how
And don't want to

It isn't easy
It's demanding
It's tiring
It's exhausting

But it is our lives
The ones we have given
For those who need them
That is our duty

Our duty to our country
Our duty to our kind
Our duty to our kin
Our duty to the weak
