When I drink I hold my mug by the base
The base may be hot and if that is the case
I shift the base from hand to hand
Spillage and stains I amply withstand
Burns and blisters I seize in my stride
How odd you say and I say with vast pride
'I am anarchic you know what that means?
Conforming to cup handles for me seems obsene!'
