She had it all,
At the points of her fingers,
And all she had, she threw away.
She had the sun, the earth,
They had no choice but to obey,
Like slaves to its master,
They worked on her every wish,
To fly across the universe,
Their service was handed to her like food on a dish.
But then, O' Lor,
She threw it all away.
For one night, with a real person,
One night of real time,
One night of tender kissing,
With a man with a real heart,
And as soon as that was over,
The hunter was hunted,
And stripped of her things,
And as she stood, her soul naked,
Her oblivion so near,
Her sky clad body shivering in the unforgiving wind,
The wind that had served her, gently breezed her face,
Now blew her fragile frame.
She cried out for help,
In her melodious voice,
But today it worked no magic.
She was destined to become,
A simple star that twinkled,
And shone in all it's beauty,
Is all the memory now,
Of independent beauty.
