We see your spirit
floating there
but they don't care.
They're unaware.

They think you're dead
but I know they're wrong
a needle in the skull
is not enough.

"Oh, it's just a cell"
but a cell
is more than enough...
on mars.

We feed you
to kill you.
To plump you up
and then it's done.

The life is drawn
and we,
with our mortal erasers,
wipe it away.
