IF-Small word huge consequences

IF - SMALL WORD HUGE CONSEQUENCES
I do not really know if there is such a thing as religion or not.
Sometimes I wonder if there is an afterlife or not.
I read books on the Universe and on Creation and the many theories that
abound on the Big Bang on the one hand or the static universe theory on
the other.
But here is my thought lets say for arguments sake that there is no
afterlife. Well that means for time eternal we never existed . And when
we finally do go then we will once more be none existent for all of
eternity. So on the grand scale of things our life is but just a spark
a flash in the pan IF there is no afterlife.
My point is do any of us realize what a wonderful and precious thing
life is ? do we ever take stock and appreciate what is all around
us.
Im glad I have my life.
So what are all these wars about then.
Well I may have a solution. You know we have these Special Forces so
------Why not use them to kidnap Blair/Bush/Bin Laden and other
undesirables, and then force them to learn to play the Banjo.
The reason being in my travels around this lovely world I have come
across a lot of Banjo players. Well they all have lots in common such
as being good natured, a sense of humour ( all right I know if you play
the Banjo you need it ) and basically being all round good eggs.I mean
you hear all the time about guitarists smashing up their hotel rooms,
but when did you last see a report in The Sun of a banjo player
breaking up the place ( and you could do a lot more damage with a
banjo)Besides the banjo is a cheerfull little instrument even if you
tried to play something mournfull like say the Funeral March - well it
still comes out sounding cheerfull! O f course the same applies to
slide guitarists except you can trust a Banjo player with your
girlfriend !!!
Anyway next time you see a 'career politician' canvassing for votes,
ask him if he plays the Banjo.
