My Heart Is Heavy

My heart is Heavy
With the burdens of this world
I see the man who is searching
Searching for peace and joy
Lord bring him to know your peace and joy

I see the fatherless child
Jesus show Him the father's love
Teach Him of your ways and
Save him from despair

I see the youth that have lost their selfs
In others identities
They are deep in sin and strife
Lord pick them up renew them
With your undying love and
Restore to them what they've lost

I see those locked behind prisons walls.
Their lives have been destroyed by sin
Lord give them and openness
To hear your divine word
So that they may be reborn

Lord give me wisdom and words
Give me undying love to fill ones needs
So that I may be able to direct your sheep
