I woke up early
Kissed you to wake you from sleep
You turned to kiss me

Today I met mum
The cat looked at me and purred
I was family

To me you are my
Garlic in the pasta sauce
Irreplaceable

Dinner was at eight
You slumped through the door at nine
I'd left already

We argued again
Last night I had the spare room
I felt no sorrow
