SILENT GOODBYES
In my bed at night,
Dark parasols gently whisper and call,
My being is close to end it all.
Coldness grips my eyes,
Loved one-mouth silent good-byes.
Wall of pain is falling,
To the gentle light calling.
At times I have embraced it,
Today my body takes it.
For each day death works like a mole,
Until it digs and takes your soul.
Death takes me as I lie,
Darkness is my gown.
Out go the tongue of shiny eyes,
The light engulfs around.
