No rough &; sudden winds could break
Her for she was like a tree-strong&; stable
There wasn't a thing she couldn't take
Upon her arms&; she seemed unbreakable
She was a weeping willow-ordinary&; graceless
Insecure was her soul, but outside-hard as a rock
But in her shoulders cried&; sobbed the soul-and faceless
&; to find a shelter-to her arms they used to flock
Never showed what bothered her pure heart
Never complained about being unperfect
She lived happily-yet there was a missing part
In her life-which sometimes her eyes did reflect
Through stormy weather with which she had to cope
And she has faced so many times
She held tight to her faith &; full of hope
She believed there'd come a day when Sun would shine
She sighed: "just round the corner will be joy&; love
The day I find them will be truly blessed"
And she waited patiently looking at the Sky above
Anticipating the fulfilment of her secret request
And that day came, unexpected completely
And when the Sun conquered the Sky with its rays
The weeping willow turned into a magnolia magically
As she plaited with a nearby oak in the eternal embrace
