Yawny cat

Yawning, stretching, waking up
The cat said "oh I say
So many places I must go
But where to sleep today?"

By the fire, nice and warm
I'll snuggle on the rug
Or on the chair, with cushion there
With tassels I can tug

What about the garden
Oh no, I'll catch a chill.
But maybe I can watch the birds
From the windowsill

Hopefully my owner
Will settle on her chair
Then on her lap I'll curl up tight
Yes that's the best place, there".
