Cash.
Put it where your mouth is
and give it room to talk.
Dough.
Shell it out,
splash it around,
or scrimp and save -
breeding interest
on an evil stock.
Loot.
Take it and run
to your feathered nest
roll in it while a hole
smoulders in your pocket.
Bread.
Make a Mae West of it,
try to buy love with it,
dig in the dirt for it,
mark off the hours by it.
Lolly.
Always ready to
grease a palm
spinning the world
with its dreadful power.
Money.
