Ultra Super Fantastic Man

Ultra Super Fantastic Man is Earth's only superhero. His powers are
as you can imagine, ultra super fantastic. He can fly at the speed of
light and would go faster but scientists from his homeworld have
advised against it. He is so very strong, he is so very everything.
He's just ultra super fantastic, to his supporters that is. Military
might and political power mean nothing to him. Starvation, freedom and
suffering are his chief concerns. He has relieved hunger in most
African countries and brings rain by blowing clouds up from the
Antarctic. He has relocated several species to places where they will
never be endangered and he's cleaned up virtually all the world's
pollution. Sanctions mean nothing to Ultra Super Fantastic Man and to
some Americans, mainly the government, he is the devil in a blue jump
suit. The facts are that he does very little for America apart from
blow the occasional hurricane away from Florida. Terrorist activities
he cannot predict or prevent and this is what galls them the most. They
have tried to pass intelligence to him, and asked him to respond but
his response is plain.
"Deal with the root problem, these are symptoms, I will not, I cannot
help you."
Of course America would like for Ultra Super Fantastic Man to round up
all it's enemies and dump them on the moon but there is nothing they
can offer him, nothing he cannot take, make or break for himself. The
President is furious when Ultra Super Fantastic Man embarks on an
endeavour to redistribute wealth on a global scale. He sets about
discovering new oil reserves and creating them where there are none, by
crushing rocks and forests. Similarly he spreads gold like butter on
toast around the globe. Once completed, he moves onto the weapons,
destroying the American's entire arsenal a week before anyone else's
just for fun. With the world's weaponry destroyed and all wars ended,
peace breaks out all over and the planet becomes a fatter and happier
place to be for all its citizens. Ultra Super Fantastic Man's work is
complete. It is only then that he gives the signal for the invasion of
Earth to begin by his fellow ultra super fantastic men who's diet
largely consists of humans and mashed potatoes.
