My beautiful friend when I heard your cry
Instantly I run just to hold you tight.
I knew you could feel my pain
Deep inside your heart;
Wanted to say it’s OK,
Words wouldn’t come out.

Exhausted and drained after all this pain
Your sweet breath on my chest
Told me you need time to rest.
