My world crashed today
shattered into a trillion pieces.
yet you fixed it all up
with a single hug.
You took my tears
put laughter in their place
made the feeling of loneliness
crash and burn to the floor.

I'll never find the words to thank you
never be able to tell you what it meant
thanks for being you
for standing at my side
see it sounds weak-but
