Fair Buttercup

the sun shone down
upon her gown
as she looked up
fair buttercup

beauty of bright yellow
serene and so mellow
Dancing in morning dew
smiling for me and you

living life, full of joy
doing things that she enjoys
With dances in the meadow
a life of peace, all she knows

holding hands with natures grandeur
The bee's are her friendly voyeurs
living her life as she pleases
rejoicing in cooling breezes
