what would life be without words?
An ongoing torade of gobbledegook.
what would us poets be without language?
an ongoing tirade of wifflewaffle.
Life without language would resemble
radio minus its sound
nothing but pointless prittle-pattle
henceforth the dictionary is important
it's home to all our languages
French, German, Spanish, English
it gives cultures an identity
without this bible there'd be no paper
no pen, no ink, no notebook
what would we write on I ponder?
then realise-without the dictionary
there'd be no words to write!
So lets stop this prittle-pattle
throw away the gobbledegook
and rejoice, in this bible of a book!
