Reflections

I look out in the midnight sky
And Always see your face
And with my finger on the window pane your name I start to trace.

I see you looking back at me, from miles across the sky
And when I whisper out your name
I get a real high

When walking through the rain
And in the puddles that I see
Your face again smiling there as you are staring up at me.

I start to think about your beauty
That I have not yet shared
The longing to sit beside you
To show how much I care.

I see you sitting in front of a mirror
And hear you call out my name
Is this really happening
Because I seem to do the same.

Images that I have of you
Are etched into my heart
I know that when you see them there
We shall never part.

So many thoughts and feelings
That I know we need to share
To show how much I love you
