H A Cathedral &; a car

A meditation following a meeting the night before where we are working
towards creating an organisation designed to support meditation,
healing and publishing. As always these meetings are heated, difficult
and tiring. More so than any of our 'day jobs'....
(The imagery of cathedral (to me) relates to the form of the building,
a container for the 'light' - rather than to a religious meeting place.
Likewise 'heaven', to me, is not the heaven in religion it is the
symbol of 'as above so below' the concept that what is created on the
Earth also exsists in the Spiritual spheres.)
"It is difficult is it not to build a cathedral and a car at the same
time? In one task you are looking to the skies, to the light and the
rock and making exalted plans to bring heaven to Earth.
In the other you are dealing with unyielding metal, oil and small parts
that are difficult to fit together, but which have to work in harmony.
The car is needed to go out and seek.
The cathedral is needed as a lighted beacon for weary travellers.
We know we ask much of you to be great mechanics and excellent
visionaries. But we also know we do not ask too much and that success
is assured when you are working in alignment with your soul."
