Work on the horizon and good conversations with friends have all
conspired to make things feel 'on the move' once more. Getting up early
to meditate before the day begins ....
"Life is on the move once more. The autumn sun is warming and the night
air refreshing so it feel like a natural rhythm has returned and that
the static corners are being cleaned out.
As you adapt to the change in season and accept the progress of the
year towards its decline and closure you start to plan your
accomplishments and to consider what you want to achieve before they
years end.
This year you are pausing first to listen, to encourage the voice of
your inner self, your soul, to sing a little louder. As you enter the
autumn of your life with more experience, more freedom and more
confidence engaging with purpose becomes more urgent. It no longer
feels like a distraction from 'real' life but possible what 'real' life
should actually be about.
You are realising that what brings you pleasure also creates energy and
excitement and is easy to achieve. We use pleasure not in a sensuous
way, although that might be part of it, but to mean fulfilment, both on
an inner and outer level.
What you create by giving to others is a spiral instead of a circle.
Circles of energy feed only yourself and tend to create pools of
isolation which are not sustainable, except by using up energy from the
nucleus.
When you create a spiral - as you give so you will receive - you tap
into a constant source of energy, cleansing and renewal. You create one
of the building blocks of creation and become part of a sustainable and
creative system."
