Writers Block

So many words
going around in my head,
deep meaningful ones,
ones I'd rather have never said.

So many thoughts
to sit and write,
poetry of life
from day through to night.

With many words to chose from,
which ones should I use?
Which form shall I make it?
Rhyme? Sonnet or Prose?

Too many words to use to express,
so I shall just leave them to thought.
Okay, I guess I need to confess,
it's true, am speechless, I have writers block
