End Time
On that day all the clocks stopped time stood still,
All TV ceased broadcasting,
Everything north to south, east to west became still,
Animals were motionless,
Vegetation was ridged,
We the human race,
Well we waited for what we didn't know,
But some how every women, child and man just stopped,
And then it happened,
It was the most indescribably beautiful and scary sight,
Some people around me laughed like a madman laughing at an on coming
train,
Others fell to their knees in realisation,
Still others stood in amazement and wonder.
It wasn't just the beautiful almost tangible music that filled the
air,
Or the warmth that enveloped us like a thousand embraces
It wasn't that as it touched, the blind could see the deaf could hear
and the lame walked,
But out of the multitude He walked, it was Him, it was Jesus,
All dressed in white his eyes bore deep inside my soul,
He whispered in my ear first my name the a command; follow me, And I
did,
As he passed me I noticed that he was crying,
The reason I discovered was for the names he didn't know.
The jeerers continued their torrent of abuse hurling insults at
him,
Some had stopped jeering and as he came near bowed and kissed his feet
and they were saved,
However those that refused one by one disappeared,
My own son was one of the last to disappear,
And I knew there was nothing I could do.
I had pleaded with him seconds before yet he refused.
As The Lord walked upon the Earth,
Mountains bowed low until flat,
Valleys became level
Trees shrunk,
Water became clear again,
And great mammals wept at these sights.
We followed him in awe,
I grieved for my son but knew he had his chance even in the final
seconds,
Jesus turned to me and comforted me as we walked,
And I let go.
Then at the speed of thought we all came here to live an eternity with
Him,
The feeling is indescribable the joy can't be written in words,
You can never grow weary, nor old,
Time has no relevance anymore,
There are no more tears or pain just blissfulness and peace,
I can tell you that when the spirit of God touched you on earth,
That was just a foretaste of what is to come.
