Misconstrued misconseption

Think so highly of yourself,
Showering your hypocrisies
Upon everyone in your wake;
You're a washed up image embedded in my skull.
Capital punishment- razors pressed in flesh
Set to dissect,
Disembowel,
Eviscerate,
Eraser of your hate-
You were the one to seal this fate.
Tongue in cheek,
You spoke words untrue;
Misconstrued misconception,
You're my favorite infection.
A thousand needles, penetrating deep,
Water rolling off the body
Of this emotionally unstable boy;
Catastrophic catastrophe,
Because of you
My heart has atrophied.
Scarred from your caress,
The wounds you inflict-
I hope you're impressed.
