it's ok to get dumped. i have been dumped countless of times by
girls i can only vaguely remember now. and i have dumped
countless
girls i cannot even remember now. and the game goes on. and it's
what's keeping me going too. cos i never gave up the idea that
there
will be someone at last who will be my soulmate.

at the end of the day, we all just need someone to be there, to
love
and be loved. and as age catches up, one's taste do change. trust
me. :) what it means is that girls who had attracted you 20 years
ago may not have the same effect on you now. why? because as you
get
exposed to more girls, you find that your tastes expand. at least
that's what happens to me. it makes life so much easier bcos the
kinds of girls you can get attracted to increase, meaning there
are
more fishes out there compared to many years ago.

so, hey, life gets better as one ages. :) and the younger ones
start
growing up too. :)

butch going straight??? have i told you abt the true story of a
woman, married with kids, who then underwent a ftm (female to
male)
sex reassignment surgery (sex change operation), and then as a
man
decided that she is a gay man, and is attracted to men after all,
and now lives with a male partner, and her kids and ex-husband
all
accept it. the possibilities are endless...

it takes courage to live life the way you want it, and as
butches,
life's challenges are infinitely greater. which is why i dream of
the day when we gay people have our very own COUNTRY. It is not
an
impossible dream. we just need to buy an island and make
representations to the United Nations for recognition. We need
our
own country because this is the only way we can live our lives
with
dignity, of doing away with all those life-snuffing closets, of
wearing clothes we don't feel comfortable in, in short, living a
lie.

We need our own country to live life fully as who we truly are.
And
live fully we will, we must because with most of us lacking any
human legacy, this is our only meaning in life. With religion
spearheading our persecution, god's significance has become
greatly
reduced. We are thus obliged to carve out an existence that at
least
gives us delight and pleasure, if only to dull the quiet pain
that
lives in the heart of every girl or guy who is different...

(yes, sign of old age... i am starting to ramble ...:)
