Grief

For all those who are grieving either for loved ones who have
died,
or grieving over the demise of a relationship:
Death is not the end. Death is the beginning of another life.
Such
are the laws of the universe that there is nothing permanent.
Change
is the only constant in life.
Grief is good, it cleanses the soul. Grieving is a natural
reaction.
It deepens the character. It allows one to go forward to the next
phase of one's life.
Tears shed in grief are precious. Every drop affirms your
humanity.
With time, all the buckets of tears that one has shed over a
lifetime
will be proof that one has indeed gone through the fires of
tribulation. What emerges will be a more compassionate soul,
aware
that life is so transient and humanity so flawed. In the end,
when
the body has deteriorated, there is only the soul and its memories
to
remind one that one has indeed lived the best that one can. And
that,
is good enough.
Do not punish oneself for the past. The past will do its best to
haunt you. And that is the time when one must kick the the sands
back
and walk towards whatever life has to offer. Face life squarely
in
the face, and one can face anything in this life and beyond.
