Rain and more rain

In comes the rain
Blasting the ground
Cleaning the crevasses
Delivering its pound
Drenching the earth
Occupying the land
Dropping with force
With a threatening sound
Washing the dirt
It's a joy when it here
The air becomes fresh
And the ground becomes clear
It's dark and it's dull
And a misery too
Love it or hate it
What can we do?
