Sometimes I view my belief in God in terms of Pascal’s Wager. If I flip a coin and choose heads; or my belief in God, I stand to win infinite gains; and if this does not materialize I will still break even, in that I had a good life here on earth and lost nothing in the bargain. It is a win-win situation and I stand to lose nothing should it land on the wrong side of the coin. It is all the same thing really in that your choice determines your destiny. A belief in God or something more than us cannot fail us if we realize the value of life on earth in equal terms. Let the weight and responsibility of your conscience be your guide. Heads you win; tails you don't quite lose.
