Borneo - here I come!

Cassy found that the dragon, though agile, had not caught her, and
had chased her to a harbour. She could escape from wretched England,
where dragons were kings, and dragons ruled the land. But, Cassy
supposed, humans had got what they had coming to them.
For many, many years, humans were the top of the food chain, eating
all types of meat. When dragons evolved, dragons promised to destroy
the humans. And so, they did, for the terrible crime that the humans
had commited. Dragons became king of all animals, because they had
saved them from humans. This was good for everyone, except if you
happened to be human.
Cassy decided that she'd had enough of her runaway, hideaway,
dangerous life in England. She boarded a ship, and hid behind a
terrocota pot, which held a large tree. Cassy looked about her. A boy
crouched next to her. Cassy was confused to see that there were six
other children behind him. She saw children crammed into every hiding
place possible. She was starting to get suspicious.
'Aha! Stowaways! You're not going to Borneo anymore!' cried a dragon,
leaping down, and spying them.
'Quick!' shouted an Italian girl on Cassy's left, 'Down the
drain!'
A large drain was behind them. Cassy doubted whether she would survive
going down a drain, and plunging into shark infested water. But she
knew that she would not survive if she stayed where she was. So she
followed the girl into the drain...wondering whether she would come out
alive.....
