Unanswered

Still and Silent the endless aching
Unknown wisdom kept free of the waking
A need and a want to reveal all the answers
To solve all the mysteries, to con all life’s chances

Unknowing, uncertain, discomfort we feel
An answer I fear life will never reveal
Mind blocked, thoughts stopped in their tracks
Not free from our minds, but trapped at the back

Ideas long ago kin of mans hopes and dreams
Soon to cut through the last of life’s seams
A reason, a purpose set out for our fall
But the hole in the net appears with one call

Minds questions, unanswered, the riddle still strong
Searching and searching, till our days are gone
