The butterfly

The South Australian heat, makes me want water,
up the coast, struth, Cairns is hotter.
Ayers Rock, a wonder, sitting on this earth,
on the beautiful west coast, the city of Perth.
New York, New York, skyscrapers and burgers,
attacks on the street and back-alley murders.
Restaurants and cafes of all different races,
lawyers and actors, i study their faces.
Germans are efficient, Italians have class,
the English are powerful and the Irish they laugh.
Scandanavia the people are tall and handsome,
from all over the world into Europe people come.
Russia is cold, China and Japan advanced,
South America were the people love to dance.
Africa a land of blacks and whites,
each fighting for what they think is right.
I am like a butterfly cautiously wathching over,
the world from above seems colder and colder.
The amazing continents though make me believe,
that world unity and peace we can certainly achieve.
