The Single Tear

I debut through a tiny hole,
As my warm liquid starts to form.
Finally happy to make the escape,
Through the heartache of your storm.
You blink, I start to plummet,
From those big and vacant eyes,
And make my way to a quivering lip,
As the trail behind me dries.
I ever so slow and slightly falter,
As I pass beyond your mouth.
Knowing I will soon leave you,
When you feel sorry for yourself.
My journey will soon be over,
As towards your chin I near.
My path to soon be followed,
By your sad and second tear.
