The Journey

The world is so large,
Yet, it seems there's nowhere to go.
I feel lost and all alone.

Always searching for something that is yet to be found,
Sometimes I feel lost,
As if I'm buried in the ground.

To have a true love and one day, a family,
I would fly like a bird,
Like a peaceful dove.

With my head held high,
Positive thoughts fill my head
I will depart on a journey.
No feelings of dread.

I truly know that I will find my true love.
My heart will grow more than I could now possibly know.

When I have completed this journey for love,
I will be on a mountain,
Him and me standing high above.
