Fit or fat

Do the Atkins diet, the aerobics class as
well
if you want to be fit and healthy then put
yourself hell
cut out the carbohydrates, the sugary,
fatty food
the biscuits, crisps and chocolate,
(like you know you should)
get out the lycra pants
and the spangly leotard
squeeze yourself into them,
(even tho' it might be hard)
leave the car at home
and jog to work instead
you'll soon be fit n' healthy
- either that, or DEAD!
