Aurora's Tragedy

i was caught in Dawn's delierium,
tracing the horizon.
when She whispered: "Morning dew
were evening's tears
of immortal twilight's passion."
night woos Day. but the Sun Shines
not for him.
and darkness weeps for the brevity of
Sunrise.
"Aurora's tragedy" She'd say,
as we watched the Light graze the skin of stars
"its the only way i know" i replied.
While she smiled, and laughed, and finally
turned away.
