Z= SILENCE AND THOMAS

Is it just me or does silence
speak in vulgar tones when you least expect?
Still sitting here,waiting on your word;
it's no wonder that Thomas sounds so clear..
And when at last (if indeed you do)
you decide to speak,.
is it any wonder that I feel like I do?

I swore once,that never again
never again would I let my heart deceive me.
But I broke that promise for you.
now I move between light and dark
between stupidity and fool.

Silent as a lonely grave
all words lost.At the gutter I stand,
unsure of whether to cross;.
roads can be dangerous,
many have been lost,whilst trying.

I take no comfort in these words,
I never thought that they'd be said
but what else is a thought to think
when silence is all that's heard?
And if perchance I 've misunderstood
your silence,forgive me,for as I've said,
Thomas is clear,and though he's not really
a friend,at least his voice I hear.
