Above Troubled Waters

Clouds, might I hide in your cusp.
Cushion me gently from the day.
Over the bridge span, let me sway.
Look down on mankind, all lost in their moment.
Immersed in their minds, too much self-regard,
Instigating sadness to all those near.
The morning lights, stars illusive above ground.
Reflecting, rebounding, lights energy on deep waters.
Warmth of the morning sun, golden rays giving life.
Contentment ascends upon my friendless world.
Clouds, take me away to tranquility unbounded.
