Fainted
The lady feeling most unwell
She felt her feet begin to swell.
The room was hot with body heat,
She couldn't find an empty seat.
Her lungs were feeling very tight,
A hazy mist obscured her sight.
No oxygen did reach her brain,
Blood from her face began to drain,
And before she could reach the door
She fainted flat out on the floor.
At last someone attention paid
And made suggestions of first aid,
But suddenly she sat upright
As if in grip of awful fright.
The words that went right to her heart
And made her waken with a start.
The words that made her nerves ajar;
"Stand back, I'm loosening her bra"
