How Cruel is Fate

"Where are you my love?" a mother cries.
How cruel is fate, how cruel,
that he be taken so young.
How cruel, when a mothers' son dies.
Then there is the daughter
that no one can find.
They look earnestly amongst the twisted wreckage,
but she's gone.
How cruel to mess with a mothers' mind.
The father that rose to work and provide...
He didn't know, how could he?
Like a robot he played out the scene,
"Bye now, off to work."
How could fate be so mean.
And the father cries for his daughter
and the children, their mother can't find.
But God was looking down,
and God will judge,
and a sentance for murder, He will find !
In memory of those who died during the London bombings.
