Drowning

I'm drowning,
Among others that drown me,
Stick me in a corner,
Dismiss me as no one,
class me as neutral,
wont let me rise
wont let me move
wont let me speak,
I'm nothing like you.
My eyes are bright
my heart is dim,
my soul is empty.
The crowd is an ocean,
all of it the same,
but not me, i'm not there.
I'm hiding inside,
behind a barrier of tears,
that stops me from being,
who I want to be.
Others stop me,
I try to break free,
but I'll always be here,
on the brink of the sea.
