Please, please mum can I have a bath
(I can no longer stand the aftermath)
Stop moidering, it's nearly time for tea
Anyway as you know, you dad will oversee
Have to share with another
It's my giggly younger brother
But he's still lucky to be bare
Splashing around without a care
This is not what I'm thinking about
It's focused on the moment to be getting out
Standing upright with sprouting hair
To an audience of one with stone-faced stare
He just sits there endlessly unaware
Of what it's doing to me, he doesn't care
That nobody, nobody is ever going to see
Now, my nakedness is only just for me
I look around, the panelling's bleak
My only respite, it's once a week
And for every word you've just read
Too many inward tears were shed
