I drown these days
in memories of lives
I have never lived.
Wake to echoes
of other worlds
singing in my dreams;
Fearing to accept
that the multiplicities,
born of my every choice,
Twist and warp
the very fabric
of reality around me.
Making us all
Heisenberg's children
of uncertainty.
