Giant long-life ugly fruit
Maize with heads like ruddy gourds
Out of season strawberries
On a shelf near you in hordes
Before to long they'll up the score
With fish that grow in soil
Melon flavoured bacon
And eggs laid on the boil
Science and genetics merge
To ease the house wife's plight
Square chickens, no extremities
Will end the breast leg fight
An ethical illusion
Transgenic stratagem has begun
Adaptations may revist three fold
Perhaps on your daughter or your son
They say you're merely what you eat
The reality could concur
Wing of toad eye of bat, crackling, scales and fur
The dominoes Is incessant
Humans genetically
Mingled with their food
Instead of boy or girl?
The list becomes unending
A kind of Noah's ark
On every patio for your brood
Clothes will be a nightmare
Not to mention procreation
Half man half chicken
And the brides a carp
An eerie situation
Man, ever the global architect
Twisting designs blueprint to his whim
Shifting given time and trait of nature
Flooding every limit
Exceeding every brim
No acceptance, no interior concession
If it doesn't submit, it's changed
No waiting for natural progression
Begs the question
Who should be rearranged?
