She

Her beauties everlasting
Though, no reflective glass
Can steal her gaze
She lingers in seclusion
Earnest in her ways
Painting, the heavens above
So many shades and tones
The earth, the fauna
The moon lit night
She studiously hones
At her touch, oceans tender
Gracefully, ebb and flow
She sighs in grief
And disbelief
As our will's for reckless grow
She cries in sweet surrender
As we cut her children down
Spurious shouts of constitution
Rise, from every town
Ideals of limiting pollution
Though, nothings ever changed
Her breath gasps uneasily
As her plans are rearranged
Years of thanking her, for harvests
Appreciating, oceans for our fish
Then decades, of merely taking
Has defiled her global wish
Though, her beauties everlasting
What she bears, is quelled by span
And so, our futures, sit uneasily
Within the consciousness of man
