I can't put into words how I feel
But I know it's all real
The way I get butterflies
When you say certain things
Makes me know its not all lies
When the phone rings
My face lights up in hopes it's you
I would be lying if I said I knew
From the very start
That you would steal my heart
The thought of you is always there
And to me it just isn't fair
That I am here and you are there
But I know one day our time will come
And the days will be ours
On some days we'll be together for hours
And others we'll fall asleep in each other's arms
Away from all harms
