As it Seems

What if Dante was right 

for once?

And Saturn's ring

was straightened 

to nail Jesus to a T?

What if we live in perfect "O's"

as empty as the one in God?

Do we fall as we reach home?

Or do we simply burn away what's 

dragged us down?

Can we hold our breath

through the Second day?

Will we be able to reach

the hand to save us?

Or will the ladder in our cosmos

be burned down?

What if your water dries up?

And the circles connect?

Do you know where you'll land?

Will they crush you as

Purgatory becomes Earth?

Can you run to the dark woods?

and start over again?

Let the crows pick

your tired soul.

In perfect alignment

circling back again.

Manifest the desire

to climb back up to 

the outer limits

through all the O's to God's

to make the leap again.
