Gazing in your mirror pools
A fate reflecting capricious seas
In a sombre dance you embrace her hand
With enchanting looks you use to tease
Esoteric silence deepens like an inner sky
As the wintry chill pastes your ashen stare
Causing unmindful thoughts to shelter in ice
Like symbols once carved from the hunters knife
With lucid hands I reach further into your soul
Your silky fibres pull and twist me in
Caressing my body as you wear my skin
I look around as you blind my sight
Instead you fill my mind with those beautiful eyes
Singing sweet words, enthralling my mind
Distracting from the realms of mystery that bind
Then as my gaze breaks from your curious stare
I breathe you out as your deep green exposes me bare.
