Alone he walks on.
Now the streets glisten gently
With the blood of a thousand kings.
I am not you.
I am not real.
I belong to the colour of life
The beauty of another lonely traveller
Alone!
I wish I knew you.
The mistake is made
And now I crawl like the child
Fighting for each breath
I walk on stones of white fire
As the blood flowed over your milk white hand
Dearset one, that you should feel my pain
Who am I?
No I see the night, it's terrible face
Who, I don't know.
I no longer belong with you
The children of time
The cells of God, hurled across the universe
I looked up and cried
"I don't know, I will never know."
