Someone's looking in the window,
Someones knocking at the door.
Who's that coming down the chimney,
What's that coming through the floor.
Someone's dancing on the ceiling,
Now I'm climbing up the wall.
I promise not to drink again,
Now get me down before I fall.

What's that pixie on the lampshade,
What's that mermaid doing in here,
Get these serpents off my shoulders,
Who's put something in my beer.
This aint funny, I'm not laughing.
Someone get me to a shrink.
Wait a while, I'm getting thirsty,
Maybe I just need a drink.

Okay boys, a joke's a joke
Now call it off and pass the booze.
Just one more to stop the noise,
I think my brain has blown a fuse.
Stop the music, let me think,
It's time I had another drink.
Where's that barman with my beer,
I need some liquid atmosphere.

Why is everyone still standing,
Lie down on the floor with me.
I'm not drunk I'm just relaxing,
It's an all night jamboree.
Tell the landlord not to wait up,
We'll be here till morning light.
If the neighbours start complaining,
We'll come back tomorrow night.

Let this party last forever,
Someone stop me if I sing,
When I'm dancing on the table,
No one give the police a ring.
Heaven help me in the morning,
Maybe I'll be sober then.
