Carter is Nathan's partner and supervisor, but he's much more subtle and calm than our main character. he's a vampire who decided it was time to get out of the long never ending war. When he brought his feelings toward the Vampire King he was punished, and deemed a traitor. His punishment included experimentation on his body to create a vampire that can walk the streets in the daytime. The experiments yielded that the idea was possible but they were ultimately a failure. One day at sunrise he decided to escape and end his life using the sun. The vampires foolishly let him go, calling him a failed project but when he got outside he suffered little to no pain and was able to escape to freedom with no vampire being able to follow and recapture him through the sunlight....

--ABILITIES
Every vampire has the usual vamp powers including increased strength, speed, stamina, regeneration, and the ability to not be affected by gravity (walk on walls and ceilings) But each full blooded vampire has a unique power to them only. Carter's was the ability to cloak himself into invisibility. But this was striped from him when he was experimented on during his punishment. He is slowly starting to gain that power back. Also due to the experiments he can survive a full day in the sunlight although he still dislikes daytime. He is also a seasoned veteran of war his fighting skill is said to be the greatest...

--WEAPONS
Carries 2 Magnum revolvers with the same ammunition as Nathan. He also can make good use of snipers, Rifles, Bow and arrows, and other guns.

--PERSONALITY
Carter is usually the loner type due to his dark past, he lets few people int his life and can be quick to kick them out...

--CLOTHING
Usually wearing a nice suit shirt and tie with suspenders and a trench coat. Also wears his favorite hat and sunglasses during the day. His appearance mimics that of a 1960's detective and his favorite cartoon character Alucard..
